AvON is involved in a number of key events each year, including Mother of All Clean Ups, River of Flowers, Meet in the Middle, Matariki in the Zone and World Rivers Day to name a few.

We are focussed on bringing people together in a family-friendly environment to enjoy the bounty the OARC has to offer, protect our wai from pollution and remember the people from the past that are woven into the rich history of the area.
